Our story began in 1985 as a simple farm dedicated to the management and cultivation of rustic land with a focus on alfalfa.
In 1996, a new entrepreneurial challenge was undertaken, the on-site processing of fodder. This initiative marked a crucial phase in the growth and diversification of the company's activities, starting with a small dehydration plant.
The business has expanded further in recent times with the construction of a new plant.
The current company structure, made up of the companies Dal Buono Eredi s.r.l. and BF Agricola s.r.l., can therefore now count on a highly technological and better performing tool in terms of both quality and quantity.
Today, L'Erba del Persico is mainly involved in the processing of alfalfa for livestock feed with the aim of always providing products of the highest quality, contributing to animal health and welfare.
Our raw material comes both from our own direct cultivation and through third-party suppliers who manage their land, with the utmost control and in compliance with quality standards. We operate with modern facilities that reach a production capacity of 800 thousand quintals per year, guaranteeing quality in our products.
